Due to the perishable nature of our premium Japanese green teas, we prioritize food safety and cannot accept returns on tea products once they have left our facility. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Return Process

Ensure your item is a non-perishable accessory (such as a matcha bowl or whisk) in its original packaging, or a tea product that arrived damaged or incorrect.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged goods or the incorrect items received.
- 3.Await Authorization
Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or confirm your refund eligibility.
- 4.Complete Resolution
Once approved, we will ship your replacement tea immediately or process a refund to your original payment method, which typically appears within 5-10 business days.
